Hello,  My name is Sharryn & I am the person you need to rent your 2 bedroom house to, the one on the North Shore, why you ask!! When I rent a house that house becomes my home & I have extremely high standards. I am fastidious within all area's of my home.  I am a responsible, mature (no babysitting required) 65 year old.  I am very independant and have many hobbies. My needs are simple, I require a home in good repair and clean, north facing would be nice.  I do all my own maintenance around the outside, such as gardens & lawns,not too large.  I am able to pay rent of somewhere between 250.00 & 290.00 per week.  This may appear to be a low rent but keep in mind what you may loose in rent you will most definately save in repairs and maitenance.
