Disabled dad,wife and 4 children need somewhere to live urgently.Even though i am disabled i can still walk,talk,drive a car,and help around the home.I am not in a wheelchair.We would love a house in the country.Or a commercial building with accommodation..Must be long term.Jack of all trades,If it has a motor in it i can fix it.also plumbing,electrical and building.My eldest son is an apprentice mechanic.Our children are,20, 16. 15, 9.We are all kiwis born and bred.We can look after your building and do any work required,reasonable rent and maybe rent to buy in time..We are honest people and our only pet is our cat,merc.Please offer us what you have.Anywhere in the north island ok. Please note we have been adjudicated bankrupt on the 11/01/2010,due to going guarantor for a third party.We have lost our home. Our car has been taken,all we will have left is our  tv,fridge,washing machine and clothes. Right now we do not owe any money to anybody.We live in Pahiatua,and have been offerred a nice home to buy for a $70.000.00,but we need a private lender to help us out.Our credit was perfect before the bankruptcy.We are looking for a loan period of 7years.If you can help please talk to us urgently.
