Greetings all,
 
I am seeking a small studio space or warehouse space close to the city.
 
What I am ideally looking for is a place I can both live in and work in, so there would need to be bathroom and kitchen facilites available.
 
All I am looking for is an empty space, no office space or anything similar.
 
The space I am wanting is probably about 3-4 metres by 3-4 meters so nothing too big.
 
If you have something available, I would appreciate hearing from you.
