$200 per month =  20 hours of flexible room hire as and when you need it.  Includes $20 admin fee. (Room Hire Rate $9 per hour)

$300 per month =  35 hours of flexible room hire as and when you need it.  Includes $20 admin fee. (Room Hire Rate $8 per hour)
